Perhaps you never associated ‘crock-pot’ with ‘vegan.’ It’s not your fault, a majority of crock-pot recipes do include meat, but I have rounded up 17 amazing vegan crock pot recipes that you won’t believe are even vegan.
These are great for the winter time and even if you aren’t vegan but want to cut back on your meat and dairy consumption, you will enjoy these dishes.
A crock-pot is honestly the greatest invention ever. It’s one of those set and forget things where your food preps itself and you walk in from work ready for dinner. Gone are the days of rushing home to prepare a feast for your family.
