No-Bake Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites That Taste Like Dessert
Protein balls are one of my favorite snacks! They’re great to eat before a workout, help satisfy a sweet tooth, and give you a little extra protein.
These cinnamon roll protein bites are perfect for any time of the day. Plus, they’re super easy to make, and you probably already have most of the ingredients at home!
To start, melt some white chocolate chips with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil in the microwave.
Do this in short bursts of 10-15 seconds, stirring between each one, until it’s smooth and fully melted.
Once your protein balls are ready, drizzle this melted chocolate over them. Store the balls in an airtight container in the freezer, and let them thaw for a few minutes before enjoying!
