Self discovery and self reflection are very important things we must all do in order to take our own happiness into our hands.

But one of the most important lessons I’ve learned in life is that we truly don’t know ourselves that well.

Hell, sometimes a stranger can know us in five minutes than we do.

That’s because we all have blind spots. We don’t view ourselves through an objective lens.

And if we really sit down and spend time with ourselves, through reflection and figuring out the right questions to ask… We can get a much better idea of who we truly are.

So wherever you are in life… Whether you are killing it and know your life purpose, or struggling to figure out where you’re going in the next five years – this is for you.
