I’m not sure who introduced me to overnight oats (perhaps a youtube video) but I have been obsessed with this little life hack for a couple of years now.
I’m the type of person who doesn’t want to go all out in the mornings for breakfast.
I want something simple, delicious, and healthy. Overnight oats are literally the perfect thing for someone like me.
You just prepare it the night before, put it in the fridge, and grab on your way out. Surprisingly simple, but the best part is how customizable it is.
There are a million different ways to make overnight oats so even if you want to be #healthy you won’t get bored with the same ole meals every day.
What Do You Need To Make Overnight Oats?
It varies by recipe! But some standard pantry essentials for overnight oats are old fashioned rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, granola, and flax seeds.
Also, I make sure to put my overnight oats in mason jars so I can just grab them on the go. Plus they’re so cute!
