Free Workout and Meal Tracker Printables To Conquer Your Fitness Goals In 2020

    Dec 24, 2019 · Leave a Comment

    Who doesn’t love free printables?!

Although I do keep the majority of my life organized in my bullet journal, I also have an assortment of printables at any given time to help me #slay my goals.

I’ve created a couple of no-fuss free printables that are identical to the ones I use in my own BuJo.

So whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply want to track your habits this new year, these simple and minimal printables will help you along the way.

Keeping track of your meals is a great way to hold yourself accountable and know exactly what is and isn’t working for you.

Did you know that Tim Ferriss of The Four Hour Workweek logs every meal and workout in his journals? He literally has an entire bookshelf dedicated to his fitness journals from years past.

He says that if he sees a picture of himself he likes from, say, June 2013; he can go back to his journals and see what he was doing (food and fitness wise) to achieve that physique.

Obviously, that is a bit extreme but it shows the power of tracking your goals.

You’re much better able to see what works for you and your body, allowing you to make changes as necessary or copy the success of past efforts.

    Free Workout Log Printable

My fitness routine changes but one thing I keep constant is my yoga practice and walks.

That’s why I created this workout log so I can track how many steps I got that day, what yoga flow I did, and if I did any other workout (ex. 30 minute kickboxing class).

    Free 'Blank' Workout Log Printable

Here is the above printable but with blanks for the workouts so you can customize it yourself.

One of the slots could be ‘mood’ so you can even keep track of the workouts you most enjoyed and the ones that were ‘meh.’

I find it much easier to stick to a fitness routine when I actually enjoy the workouts instead of feeling like I ‘have to do it.’
